Scraping emails is easy. Keeping them organized is where most teams fail — duplicate rows, stale statuses, and contacts scattered across CSV exports nobody can find three weeks later.
Company Finder saved lists fix that. They are persistent, per-account collections tied to live verification status — not another spreadsheet on someone's desktop.

What Is a Company Finder List?
A list is a named bucket of contacts:
- Email + company name + website
- Verification status (
valid,catch_all,unverified, …) - Source metadata (search, manual add, import)
Lists sync when you re-verify an address anywhere on your account — Single Check, bulk, or the Verify button in Company Finder.
Copy vs Move — Know the Difference
| Action | Source list | Destination | When to use |
|---|---|---|---|
| Copy selected → lists | Unchanged | Receives copies | Testing a sub-segment |
| Move selected → lists | Contacts removed | Receives contacts | Final campaign curation |
Example: You have a broad "EU Agencies" list. Move verified valid contacts into "Q4 Outreach — Send Ready" and leave catch-alls behind for research.
Filters That Save Time
All / Not on any list
The Not on any list (N) filter shows scraped contacts you haven't filed yet — common after a big search session. One click Select all not saved + add to your working list.
All visible checkbox
Respects the active filter. Select all catch-alls visible on screen without touching valid rows you already curated.
Verification Status on Every Row
Each contact shows its latest SMTP status. Priority rules when updating:
- Fresh
valid/invalidfrom Verify always wins catch_allwon't downgrade a previousvalidwithout new evidence
Before mass mail, only valid contacts are selectable — enforced in admin preflight.
List Persistence Across Sessions
Your active list selection is saved in the browser (localStorage). Refresh the page — same list stays selected. No more accidentally adding contacts to "List #1" every time.
Connecting Lists to Campaigns
Mass mail campaigns can bind to a Company Finder list:
- Create campaign in admin
- Select audience list (e.g. "Email marketing Agency")
- Recipients load from saved contacts
- Preflight verifies before send
Campaign remembers which list it targets — visible in the campaign header.
